How long is delivery?

All domestic parcels are shipped via FedEx 2day within 24-48hrs of order placement. You will receive a tracking number when shipped. If needed sooner, please reach out for options!

How do I set up a brewery account?

You’re in the right place! Head over to the top right-hand corner and click “Menu” where you will see “Register.” From here you can see products, pricing, and make orders. Orders can also be placed over the phone or email at Usorders@whclab.com

Do I need an account to make an order?

No! You can email Usorders@whclab.com or take a look at our Contact us page (https://whclab.us/pages/contact) for other options. Once we receive your order, with the item quantities, what location to ship to, and when it is needed, we will respond within 24-48 hrs with a quote where you will be able to check shipping information, item price, and pay for the order and start our shipping process.

Is all yeast tested before been sent?

Yes we qPCR all our yeast to check for infection first.

Each strain varies slightly and will depend on batch size, starting gravity, and fermentation temperature.
